Most mat styles can be proofed within 4 hours on a weekday. Fusion, Super Berber and Quatro usually take 12hours, but can be up to 36 hrs.

Most mats ship within 3 to 10 business days. Fusion, Super Berber and Quatro mats usually take 14 to 21 business days. For all orders, you will be given an estimated ship date once your order is confirmed.


All mat styles have their own unique color pallet, so it is important to review each product color chart for color selection. Please, if you have any doubts before you order, just ask us for a sample.

Colors are typically best matched to our standard color pallet for each mat style.

We will do our best to match a PMS color, however, color matching can be extremely challenging. Although we can get close, color matching is never an exact science and variations will occur. An exact color match is vulnerable to many factors. One factor is that we are printing on white nylon carpet. Another factor is that we use a hot press to combine the carpet and rubber backing. Heat from the press often causes the color to lighten. Typically, we can get close to most PMS colors, but the final color may be off by a few shades. For the PMS color to be as close as possible, we require additional time to create the proof/sketch. Specific PMS colors may be matched for an additional one-time fee of $300.00 per PMS color.

No, all mats are made to order. Lead times for non-logo mats are 3 to 10 business days. There are many options available for most of the mats we offer. For example, a single mat may have at least 10 different sizes, 10 different colors, 2 different backing types, and 2 types of borders. We would have to carry an inventory of at least 400 different mats of the same style! Doing so is unfeasible and would only raise the cost of the mats.

Mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is within 3-5%.

Carpeted mats:
Vacuum regularly: Daily in high-traffic commercial areas, weekly in lower traffic areas
Extract or hose off as needed to remove heavy soil/debris. Hang mat to dry.
Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.

Anti-fatigue and all rubber mats:
Can be cleaned by rinsing with a hose or pressure washer. Mats should be laid flat or hung to dry.

Cleated Backing is for Carpeted floors.

Smooth Backing is for hard surface floors.

To return damaged or defective products please contact customer support to get a return authorization number and to arrange replacement and shipping. If you want to return because you ordered the wrong size, color or style of mat you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and must pay for return shipping. Please, if you have any doubts before you order, just ask us for a sample. ALL returns will need a return authorization number (call or e-mail for this number).


We will give you an estimated ship date when your order is confirmed. If that date changes, we will update you. Once the order ships we will send you the tracking number.

We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii; Shipping is very expensive, but we will provide you with a shipping quote. We do ship to these locations, but shipping charges will be added to your order. Please contact us for the rate for each order.

In most commercial entrances, there is enough clearance under the door to place an entrance floor mat with no problems. Most of our commercial entrance floor mats are between 3/8in and 1/4in thickness. Just double check that the floor nearby the entrance is flat with no irregularities.

Standard double door entrances are typically 6’ wide so 4’x6’ is the most popular for this space. Single door entrances are typically 3’ wide and 3ft x 5ft is the most popular size purchased for this space.
